About NVIDIA and Its Shares
What NVIDIA does
NVIDIA designs graphics processing units and the systems and software around them. GPUs began in PC gaming and are now the main engines for training and running AI models in data centres. Its CUDA software platform, networking and full server systems make it the default supplier for most large AI builds.
Founding and listing
Jensen Huang, Chris Malachowsky and Curtis Priem founded NVIDIA in 1993, and Huang still runs it. The company listed on Nasdaq in 1999 under NVDA and is headquartered in Santa Clara, California.
How it works
What Drives NVIDIA Share Price?
AI and data-centre demand
Most of NVIDIA's revenue now comes from data centres. Spending plans from cloud providers and AI labs, and how quickly new chip generations ship, are the biggest swing factors for the stock.
Earnings and guidance
NVIDIA reports quarterly, and its guidance for the next quarter often moves the share price as much as the results. Gross margins, supply constraints and export rules for advanced chips are watched closely.
Valuation and competition
The share price builds in years of growth, so changes in expectations for AI spending, competition from other chipmakers and in-house chips from cloud providers, or the wider market's appetite for tech can move it sharply.
Shares, tokens and derivatives
How Are Referenced Shares Different From Tokens or Derivatives?
The share, and what Bybit lists
NVIDIA's shares are common stock on Nasdaq. On Bybit, NVDA is a USDT-settled perpetual futures contract (NVDAUSDT) whose price follows NVIDIA's shares. It is a derivative: holding it, or an option on it, gives no share, vote or dividend, and its price can differ from the exchange's share price, especially when the US market is closed.
Why the prices can differ
Nasdaq trades 9:30 am to 4 pm New York time on weekdays; the perpetual trades around the clock. Outside those hours the perpetual moves on news while the share price stays at its last close, and a funding payment every eight hours pulls the contract back toward its index.
Risks specific to NVDA exposure
Concentrated reliance on AI spending, export restrictions and a high valuation make the stock volatile for its size. The perpetual adds leverage, liquidation and funding risks, and depends on the exchange.
On Gravitas
How to Explore NVIDIA on Gravitas
Gravitas does not sell NVIDIA shares. It lets you trade options on Bybit's NVDA contract, which tracks the share price, from your own exchange account — and shows the payoff and the most you can lose before you trade.
Gravitas connects to your exchange account through the exchange's own sign-in and never holds your funds. Trades settle in USDT on that account. Options can expire worthless; the most you can lose is shown before every trade.

NVIDIA to INR, USD and USDT Calculators

NVIDIA designs GPUs and the systems, networking and software around them. Its chips power most AI model training and inference in data centres, as well as gaming PCs, workstations and cars.
Why does NVIDIA share price change?
Data-centre demand from cloud providers and AI labs, quarterly results and guidance, chip supply, export rules, competition, and the market's overall appetite for growth stocks. Because expectations are high, small changes in outlook can move the price a lot.
Can I see NVDA priced in INR?
Yes. This page shows NVDA in rupees by default, converting Bybit's NVDA perpetual price from USDT at Tether's dollar price and the ECB's USD/INR rate. The NVDA to INR converter does it for any quantity.
Do stock-linked tokens provide shareholder rights?
No. A token or derivative that tracks NVIDIA, such as Bybit's NVDA perpetual or an option on it, gives no voting rights, no dividends and no claim on the company. Only NVDA shares held through a broker carry shareholder rights.
Where does the NVIDIA price on this page come from?
From Bybit's NVDAUSDT perpetual: the last price of a contract that tracks NVIDIA's shares, streamed live. It is not the Nasdaq share price and can differ from it, most of all outside US market hours.
Can I trade NVIDIA on Gravitas?
Gravitas does not sell NVIDIA shares. It lets you trade options on Bybit's NVDA contract from your own connected exchange account, with the payoff and the most you can lose shown first. They give no ownership of NVIDIA.
